WATCH – 12/18/24, 5:29 pm ET: After the reporter said that Diddy he looked “shrunken” at his recent court appearance, an insider told Us Weekly that you are doing well.

Sean “Diddy” Combs appeared in court on Wednesday, December 18, where a federal judge warned of any “surprises” in the upcoming trial.

Diddy, 55, and his legal counsel appeared in federal court for a status conference, according to People. The judge Arun Subramanian he asked for any revisions to the movement schedule to be set by January 3, 2025 to “avoid any kind of last-minute surprise.”

Diddy will next appear in court on March 17, 2025.

Diddy was indicted by a grand jury in September shortly before his arrest for sex trafficking, racketeering, conspiracy and transportation for trafficking. The 14-page lawsuit – claims Diddy “tortured, intimidated and coerced women and others around him” for decades.

Diddy pleaded not guilty to the charges. The disgraced music star was remanded to Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center and denied bail on four separate attempts.

He is an imperfect person, but he is not a criminal.”

The statement continued, “Good for him, Mr. Combs has been cooperating with the investigation and voluntarily moved to New York last week in anticipation of the charges. Please reserve judgment until you have all the facts. These are the actions of an innocent man who has nothing to hide, and he is looking forward to clearing his name in court.”

Diddy withdrew his latest bail request earlier this month. According to documents filed in court on Friday, December 13, Diddy is determined to dismiss his appeal and will remain in the MDC until his case is heard. The trial is scheduled to begin in May 2025.
