Swift, 35, and Perry became friends in 2009 after they both made their first mark in the music scene. They later sparked speculations after their falling out John Mayer and rumors surfaced that Perry poached Swift's backup dancers for her tour.
“He did a terrible thing. I was like, 'Oh, we're just direct enemies.' And it didn't even mean a boy! It was business related,” said Swift Rolling Stone in 2014. “He tried to destroy the whole field trip. He tried to hire a lot of people from under me. And I'm incredibly non-confrontational — you wouldn't believe how much I hate conflict. So now I have to avoid him. It's weird, and I don't like it.”
