Martha Stewart says Ryan Reynolds isn't funny in real life
Martha Stewart he is not willing to make fun of anyone – not even his famous neighbors.
The 83-year-old head of the house was not shy about his true opinion of the neighborhood Ryan Reynolds during an appearance at Bilt Rewards' November Rent Free Game Show.
During an internet event, Stewart was asked to guess who the viewers would put on the list of celebrities who are nice to be with.
“Maybe he's on the list because he hides himself in his movies and you don't see his face – Ryan Reynolds, are you one of those?” he said.
The businessman did not stop there, he then shared his thoughts about Deadpool actor.
“You want to know something? He's not that funny in life,” he said.
Stewart, who was speaking with the CEO of BILT Ankur Jain during the online show, he explained further: “No, he's not that funny. He is very determined.”
The creative producer added that his opinion on his jokes was not his fault as a professional actor.
'He is a good player. He can do funny things, but he's not funny,” he said. “Maybe he'll be funny again.”
Stewart said he was “going to get in trouble,” for what he said about Reynolds.
Reynolds, however, was a good sport, playing the answer to X.
“I didn't agree with him. But I tried just that. A woman was unexpectedly attacked. “He really closed the gap after a mile or so,” he wrote.
Stewart recently made headlines for opening up about her ex-husband Andrew Stewart – and revealed some intimate details about their early relationship.
Stewart started dating Andrew when she was 19. The two were set up by Andrew's sister, who went to Barnard with the life mogul.
“He picked me up in his small Mercedes sedan car. I had never driven in a Mercedes before,” he said in the new Netflix series Martha. “We went out for dinner. He was polite and handsome, and he had traveled a lot. It was a pleasure to meet such a complex young man. And he had an American Express card, which was a big deal in those days.”
She also went into detail about losing her virginity to Andrew. “I had never slept with anyone before this,” he said. “He was fierce and I loved him.”
The two married in 1961, and finally finalized their divorce in 1990. The documentary reveals that both she and Andrew had more marital affairs before ending their relationship.
Stewart criticized the documentary and the director RJ Cutler in an interview with the New York Times, published on Wednesday, October 30.
“RJ was completely accessible, and he used very little,” he said, adding that. “It was just scary.”
He also said that he wanted the last episodes of the film to be removed.
“Those last scenes I have look like a lonely old lady hunting in a garden? Boy, I told him to get rid of those. And he refused. I hate those last scenes. They hate them.”
