Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez Responds to Laugh-Out-Loud At Marjorie Taylor Greene's New Gig

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (DN.Y.) mocked Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene's (R-Ga.) called it “really exciting.”

Donald Trump acolyte Greene will chair a House subcommittee that will work with billionaire Tesla owner Elon Musk and former GOP presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy on the Department of Public Works, which will try to reduce fraud and spending on the public.

Ocasio-Cortez explained on Musk's X, a platform formerly known as Twitter, why he believes the appointment is “good, actually.”

Greene is “unsightly and illiterate,” the New York Democrat said. “To borrow a phrase I've seen elsewhere, it's like giving someone a remote controller.”

In a second post, Ocasio-Cortez said he would “absolutely die for those two who are now given the 'right' to 'work' with MTG.”

“That's funny,” he wrote. “Rejoice, men! Very respectable post you have there. “

I don't know what Musk and Ramaswamy did to get out with Trump, but apparently they will be working closely with Marjorie Taylor Greene at the DOGE agency. That's the kind of punishment only House Republicans should be forced to endure.
