Fall Report
The 2024 season was a historic one for the Kansas State baseball team. The Wildcats made their first appearance in the NCAA tournament since 2013, and their first since Pete Hughes took over as the team's head coach. In the Fayetteville regional, K-State took down each of the three participants – Louisiana Tech, Southeast Missouri State and host Arkansas – one by one, defeating SEMO in the regional final to advance to the main regional round. While their season came to an end the following weekend against Virginia in the Charlottesville Super Regional, it was still a very successful season.[…]
