Bold and Beautiful Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) had to state his case about the wrongdoings surrounding Forrester Creations. The slogan of the company suggests that it places importance on the family of FC employees. But, behavior seemed to indicate otherwise, and he intends to correct this.
Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will not accept Carter as the new manager. And, his bullying continues this week, targeting anyone in the Logan family.

So, if Carter wants to emerge as the new leader of the pack, he probably has no choice but to fight fire with fire. In this case, he may need Steffy escorted from the building when he is out of control. This would be the same scandal as Forrester's daughter instructing Hope.
When Steffy Forrester is removed from the FC campus, that part of the revenge belongs to Hope Logan. But there may be a Forrester in the crowd to get some satisfaction out of this.
B&B: Eric Forrester Finds Himself On The Phone?
Bold and Beautiful had Eric Forrester (John McCook) fighting Steffy Forrester and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) last week. The initial shock of this takeover made Eric angry.
But then he took Carter's speech on Friday and Monday's episodes. Carter said the magic words that might make Eric reconsider his stance on this coup.
In his inauguration speech, the new leader spoke of how he saw widespread disrespect at Forrester Creations. So, he probably got Eric's ear when he brought up the treatment Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) endured.
Brooke has a special place in Eric Forrester's heart, and he considers her and his daughter to be a big part of his family. Eric told Steffy Forrester that he was devastated when he heard that he fired Hope.
He also told his grandson that he thinks of Themba as part of his family. But he dismissed my grandfather as if he was no longer part of the FC.
Eric probably never forgot how his grandson ignored his concerns. But, now she feels disrespectful to Brooke.
Not only does he consider Brooke part of his family, but she's also the woman who helped take his company into the fashion history books.
Now he learns that Brooke is hustling in a building without an office, despite having just taken a management position. But he also finds out that his new position is just a title, as he has no say in how the company operates.
The Bright and Beautiful: Carter Walton's Clean-Up Suits Fit Eric Vele?
Bold and Beautiful has Carter trying to clean up Forrester Creations. He wants to sweep away the culture of ruling over human emotions. As he goes along with his spiel on Eric, Ridge, and Steffy, it looks like Eric might get what he's talking about.
After all, it wasn't long ago that Steffy Forrester fired Eric Forrester when he voiced his concern. He ignored her and instead of pleasing his grandfather, he continued with his selfish goals.
So, while Eric Forrester is angry at what he sees as betrayal today, he may be pondering how and why this happened. He might end up seeing Carter as someone who works for the company instead of his initial thoughts that the guy is a traitor.
B&B: Steffy Getting a Taste of Her Medicine?
Bold and Beautiful he might even go as far as getting Eric Forrester a sense of revenge if Carter Walton kicks Steffy Forrester out of the building. Hints from this week's preview suggest this possibility.
It is the same shameful act that Forrester's daughter did to Themba. Eric's hands were tied at the time because his grandson and son were running the company. So, when Steffy Forrester kicked out Logan's daughter, all she could do was voice her protest.
Therefore, Eric may feel that he has no reaction, but it may also affect the patriarch of Forrester that Carter stepped in to do what needed to be done. This way, Eric won't need to cross any lines, like jumping ship against his son and Steffy. He can sit quietly and secretly support this takeover.
He may also watch his son and grandson as they are taught a hard lesson. This lesson may eventually allow them to lead the company again, but not with any personal agenda they may hold.
Bold and Beautiful and Eric Forrester may secretly sabotage Ridge's efforts to gain control of the company. This may serve as a bombshell reveal when Ridge discovers that his father is a roadblock, blowing Eric's secret cover.
Either way, this issue could make sense and provide more drama between the Forrester-Logan families on the CBS soap.
