A Texas man has been identified by the FBI as the subject of videos of child sexual abuse using social media and tattoos

A Texas man has been indicted and charged with producing child pornography, prosecutors said Tuesday.

Christopher Lynn Driskill, 48, originally on the FBI's most wanted list as John Doe 49, is believed to have produced child pornography from 2017 to 2024, according to a statement released by the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Texas.

FBI agents were able to identify Driskill on November 18th and charged him with producing child pornography and arrested him on November 26th.

Court documents show that in July 2024, child sexual abuse material posted on the dark web was turned over to the FBI's Victim Identification Program. The videos show a man sexually assaulting an unmarried man and several tattoos can be seen, including the word “DABBY” on his chest, the number “197x” on his left bicep, the words “CAST NO STONES” on his left arm, and a Texas flag in the shape of a head on his right arm.

In September 2024, her ex-boyfriend also came forward to report to the Coleman Police Department that Driskill drunkenly confessed to sexually assaulting the child and recording it. Those officers were able to meet the child, who did not cry.

They interviewed Driskill on camera, who denied the allegations, saying his ex-partner was upset about the bad breakup. Because officials had no other evidence, the case was closed.

In the recorded interview, police officials noted “NO ALCOHOL” tattoos on his left arm, a 1975 tattoo on his left bicep, and a section of the Texas flag in the shape of a head on his right arm.

Stills of the interview were then uploaded to a website by the FBI.

The FBI was able to match the tattoos on social media with those seen in the video of the attack. They also say that the profile picture appears to be similar to the subject pictures in the case of child sexual abuse.

In November, the Coleman Police Department was notified of the FBI's investigation into the possible molestation and compared it to a photo of their interview that allegedly included facial and tattoos.

If convicted, Driskill faces up to 30 years in state prison.
