A woman is flown to a ship. The US Coast Guard was called to rescue the 66-year-old, who is believed to have suffered a stroke. The Holland America Koningsdam was 280 miles south of the US and Mexico at the time. First responders lowered the gurney onto the deck and lifted the woman into the helicopter. He was taken to a hospital in San Diego.
