An Alabama mother has been arrested after allegedly tipping off investigators that her missing one-year-old child was dead, and her body was kept in a shed, according to a criminal complaint.
This was discovered shortly after Wendy Pamela Bailey, 22, was involved in an accident that claimed the lives of Steven Bradley Collins, 40, and Ryleigh Collins, 2.
The whereabouts of a third child, Kahleb Rowan Collins, 1, were unknown.

After an investigation into Kahleb's whereabouts, the 24th District Attorney's Office and the Alabama State Bureau of Investigation believe he is dead.
The result of the investigation led them to believe that Kahleb was not only dead but had been dead for a long time.
Investigators said evidence indicates that the father, Steven Collins, abused the boy and the mother failed to intervene or report the abuse, according to court documents.

They also believe Bailey knew the body was in storage.
In this complaint, it is said that the pictures show the torture with pictures of a child with blood and hanging by a rope and lying on the ground with bruises.

Officials also say he sent messages saying, “You want to move” and “I'm sorry” and finally “You're moving.” and that Bailey replied, “He looks tired and worn out and I hope that's all.”
“His body has not been found, although law enforcement teams are still collecting information and searching for his remains,” officials said.
