“After that weekend [where he road-tripped to Oklahoma] we spent three days together, I think two or three days later, he drew me on his arm,” LaPaglia said on a recent episode of his “BFFs” podcast, saying he and the country singer weren't officially together at the time. he put in ink.
He added, “He used the “f— without me. I really thought he was this great dude because for the first four months of our relationship, he was. That's the one he showed me. I fell in love with this absent person.”
Bryan confirmed last month that he and LaPaglia had ended their year-long relationship.
“Brianna and I are separated and I respect and love her with all my heart. He loved me unconditionally for so long and for that, I will always be grateful,” Bryan wrote in an Instagram Story statement in October. “I've had a very difficult year personally and faced very difficult things. I thought it would be beneficial for both of us to go our separate ways. I am not perfect and I will never be perfect.”
LaPaglia, who said she was shocked by Bryan's decision to split, later alleged on her “BFFs” podcast that he tried to pay her $12 million to sign a non-disclosure agreement. LaPaglia refused.
“The last year of my life has been the hardest year of my life dealing with this man's abuse,” he said on the Thursday, November 7, episode of the podcast. “I'm still scared because I'm still afraid of him. My mind has been rewired. I'm afraid to mix him up.”
While LaPaglia keeps her tattoo, she's less committed to her brunette hair color.
“As I really like brown, there is a lot and my black hair reminds me of the dark times,” he said in a Sunday, November 10, TikTok video. “I want to go back easily. I want to look in the mirror and be reminded of a strong person. I do my hair in an empowering way, not a 'twisted' way.”
