Comedian ends 'Stockholm Syndrome' on the left, says it has become a 'research party'
Stand-up comedian Whitney Cummings is fed up with the left, accusing them of abandoning their principles and criticizing those who are upset that she has been calling out liberals in recent public appearances.
In a recent episode of his “Good For You” podcast, Cummings lashed out at the political left, saying the end of the political spectrum has become hypocritical and cynical in recent years.
“I always thought of myself as a liberal,” Cummings said, “But I don't think the Left is as liberal as it used to be. It's like the Left has become a research organization.”

Cummings' statements were fueled by liberal critics who criticized him recently in a CNN New Year's Day special, where he mocked the liberal media and the Democratic Party's administration of President Biden and the 2024 election while speaking with show hosts Andy Cohen and Anderson Cooper.
He even ripped the network that owned him while on the air, joking that the crowds of 3,000 people that frequent his stand-up shows are the same size as CNN's audience.
