Senate Minerals Whip John Thune, RS.D.plans to make President-elect Donald Trump's immigration agenda the first thing on his to-do list when he succeeds Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., in the new Congress, where Republicans will have a majority in both. the upper room and the House.
“Now the real work is starting to present our agenda,” he said in a low-key speech on Thursday. “That starts with ending the Biden-Harris border crisis as well deporting illegal immigrants.”
