Fritz, Tiafoe Register for ATP 500 in Dallas in '25

Taylor Fritz again Frances Tiafoe coming to Dallas in 2025.

The 2025 Dallas Open, scheduled for February 1-9, 2025, will move to the Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, the headquarters and training facility of the Dallas Cowboys. In 2025, the Dallas Open will raise its status from an ATP 250 to an ATP 500 event, promising the strongest field since the tournament moved to North Texas in 2022.

$2.8 million in prize money will be awarded at the enhanced event.

“I look forward to returning to North Texas to compete at the highest level in a one-of-a-kind venue,” 2024 US Open finalist Fritz said in a statement. “The Dallas Open has been a great event and will be even bigger and better with the upgrades starting in 2025.”

“The Dallas Open, America's newest ATP 500-ranked tournament, continues to strengthen its deep field as we welcome two of the best players in the world – Taylor Fritz and Frances Tiafoe,” said Tournament Director Peter Lebedevs. Frances has played incredible tennis in 2024, and we look forward to them showcasing their top talent in front of our fans here in North Texas in February.”

Tiafoe, a two-time quarterfinalist at the Dallas Open, is currently world No. 17, the third-ranked American. Tiafoe reached his second career Grand Slam semifinal at the US Open, losing in five sets to Fritz.
