Grimes and Olivia Rodrigo Agree Wanting to Go to Space Is a 'Red Flag'

In the first photo, Anyma can be seen gently caressing Grimes' cheek while they make eye contact. The second snap is more romantic and features the couple kissing against a purple backdrop. The last photo is a full-body shot that shows the couple standing next to each other while Grimes' arm rests on her shoulder and she gazes up at him.
Grimes sued Musk in September 2023 over the parental rights of their three children. The singer filed a “petition to establish parental relationship” in San Francisco Superior Court, according to court records obtained Us Weekly.
While the documents are sealed, a petition to determine parental relationship can be filed to ask a judge to identify the child's legal parents in the state of California. According to the California Courts website, this action is used by unmarried parents.
In July, Grimes' mother, Sandy Garossinohe begged Musk through X to allow his daughter's children to go to Canada to see their seriously ill grandfather.
“I'm writing here as the only way I have to reach you,” Garossino wrote on July 27. “As you know, my 93-year-old mother is now in excellent health care. He longs to see and hold Claire's children one last time. Especially the little one, who he doesn't know yet.”
“It was even more disturbing to see you again [son X Æ A-Xii] on television at the Paris Olympics yesterday, after your DC tour earlier in the week,” Garossino continued. “Where are the other children and with whom? It is planned for them to be with their mother … I am writing at the request of my grandmother, asking you to honor your agreement, return the children, and give them the books they need to see their grandmother before she passes.”
