Hamas has yet to provide a list of the hostages
Johannesburg – A dispute broke out over details of the abductions between the warring parties in Gaza on the eve of a new agreement to end the conflict, a report said on Saturday.
According to Israeli sources, the Palestinian Islamist group Hamas has not yet released a list of the names of the three hostages to be released from Israel on Sunday.
“Israel will not tolerate violations of the agreement,” said Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
Without the list of names, Israel will not continue to implement the agreement its government approved earlier Saturday, he warned.
Hamas sources said the army would bring a list and names of the three hostages in the coming hours.
Under the agreement, Hamas must notify Israel 24 hours in advance of the names of the hostages to be released. Three female residents kidnapped in Israel will be released first, Israeli media reported.
