Jay-Z was accused of raping a child with Sean “Diddy” Combs at the MTV VMAs party in 2000, according to documents obtained by Fox News Digital.
The lawsuit, first filed in October, was refiled Sunday in New York by an anonymous accuser who claims Jay-Z, whose full name is Shawn Carter, “raped” her while Combs and “Celebrity B” watched.
Initially, the lawsuit alleged that Combs raped the child while “Celebrity A” and “Celebrity B” watched. Carter is named as “Celebrity A” in the refiled lawsuit.
Representatives for Jay-Z did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital's request for comment.

Combs and Carter allegedly “took turns hitting the child,” according to the lawsuit. “Many others were present at the event, but they did nothing to stop the attack.”
The girl, 13, was dropped off by a friend at Radio City Music Hall when she wanted to attend the MTV Video Music Awards in 2000, according to the lawsuit. Trying to enter the place, he first approached the pedestrians who were waiting outside the event full of celebrities.

“One of the limousine drivers he talked to said he was working [Diddy],” the lawsuit reads. “He told her that Combs likes little girls and said she 'deserves what Diddy wanted,' not letting her enter the Awards, but inviting her to the party.”

The 13-year-old “saw a lot of celebrities” when he arrived at the event and had to sign a non-disclosure agreement. However, he was not given a copy.

Combs, who was 30 years old at the time, then tried to force the girl to perform oral sex on him. He stopped after hitting her in the neck, according to the lawsuit.
