Jessica Simpson's Husband Eric Johnson Spotted Without a Wedding Ring
As various rumors flow, Jessica Simpsonher husband, Eric Johnsonwas seen without his ring.
Johnson, 45, was spotted out and about in Los Angeles without jewelry on Tuesday, November 12, in photos obtained by People. The outing came one day after Jessica's sister, Ashley Simpsonhe tried to silence his sister's marriage.
When she went with her husband, Evan Rossin Beverly Hills on Monday, November 11, Ashlee, 40, was asked by TMZ to address speculation that Jessica, 44, and Johnson had broken up. After initially avoiding the question, he answered “No” when asked if it was “true” that Jessica was getting a divorce.
TMZ pinned the breakup rumors on Jessica's Instagram post, where she opened up about her return to music. “Interviews in my music room in Nashville where I discovered one of my magic,” Jessica captioned a series of her photos. “This return is for you, it is an apology to me for putting up with everything I deserved 🎶 🎼 🤍🖤.”
Fans quickly began to wonder if his comments about things he “didn't deserve” were directed at Johnson. (These words may have been directed at other difficulties in his life, which he opened up about in his 2020 memoir, Open Book, including his marriage to Nick Lacheyhe has a problem with body image and alcohol dependence.)
“Does this mean he is single?” one Instagram user wrote, while another added that they “called it” “a while ago” that the couple had split.
Jessica and Johnson, who tied the knot in 2014, have yet to confirm or deny the speculation. Us Weekly has reached the comment.

Jessica's mother, Tina Simpsonwent on vacation with his family. “It was a good time to have fun,” Tina wrote in the comments section. “What's next? Italy? Greece? I love you all.”
Jessica and Johnson first crossed paths in 2010. After dating for six months, the couple got engaged.
“I don't feel like we've been married that long, but I feel like I've loved Eric my whole life,” Jessica said. Us in April 2022. “I think when I met him, it was like a wedding.”
