The full autopsy report of the Kansas mother of two who was found buried in a freezer in a cow pasture after she was reported missing on a road trip has been released.
The report, conducted by the Oklahoma Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, determined that Veronica Butler, 27, suffered 30 serious injuries, including nine stab wounds.
A report obtained by KOKH said ten of the wounds were consistent with Butler's attempted self-defense, including grabbing the blade of a knife with his right hand.
