According to a report from the Milton Police Department obtained by TMZ, authorities responded to a domestic violence call on Wednesday, November 27, at the couple's home in Georgia.
Zolciak, 46, alleges that he and Biermann, 39, got into an argument while he was on the stairs taking down the curtains, in each room. The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum said Biermann got into an argument with her and things got physical. He alleges that the former footballer pushed him off the stairs and threw him to the ground.
It is reported that Zolciak told law enforcement that he received bruises as a result of this incident. However, officials said in a report that the former reality star refused to provide evidence of physical injuries to first responders. Biermann said Zolciak was the one who started the argument and said he punched her in the face.

The incident allegedly took place in front of some of Zolciak and Biermann's children. The exes share sons KJ, 13, Kash, 12, and twins Kaia and Kane, both 11. Biermann also adopted Zolciak's daughters Brielle, 27, and Ariana, 23, from a previous relationship.
Two of the couple's children, who have not been named, spoke to authorities about the dispute. Another child said Zolciak fell down the stairs and onto Biermann during the altercation. According to the child, at first it was Biermann who pulled the curtains, which angered Zolciak. Then he decided to remove the curtains himself, according to the child.
According to the report, the child said they were not told what to say but were encouraged by Biermann to tell the truth. The second child said they did not see the argument but heard a disagreement in the basement.
According to the report, law enforcement could not determine who the “first victim” was and no one had been arrested.
Us Weekly has reached out to Zolciak and Biermann for comment.
Biermann and Zolciak have been on and off since filing for divorce in May 2023. The two had a brief reconciliation and called it quits, but Biermann filed for divorce a few weeks later. The two have been at odds over finances and custody of their children ever since. In addition to their divorce drama, Zolciak and Biermann have avoided publicizing their Georgia home multiple times.
Zolciak and Biermann have also been involved in several public back-and-forths about their current financial situation. Zolciak said in September that he was paying her and Biermann's expenses.

“I am the one who pays all the bills. All the baby clothes, all the school clothes, lots of food,” she told TMZ at the time. “He has not paid the debt on that house. He paid two electric bills in the last 18 months – not cable [bill]water [bill]the phone [bill]nothing. That man did not pay the debt on that house. [My daughter] Brielle helped more than he did.”
Biermann, for his part, responded to his estranged wife's allegations, criticizing Zolciak and his claims through his attorney.
“At the end of the day, a house is worth what someone is willing to pay for it … not its appraisal. “If Kim expects to get $5.5 million for a home that's on the brink of foreclosure, she's going to be waiting a long time,” attorney Marlys A. Bergstrom said. Us Weekly. “I'm surprised that this interview took place at LAX. Who watches the children? The answer is Kroy. He's in Georgia working 40+ hours a week, taking care of the kids and trying to sell the condo so the family can avoid foreclosure.”
