Kylie Kelce Confirms Her Daughters Are 'Untouched' by Fame

Kylie Kelce he has his three children – and a baby girl on the way – on his mind as he navigates his life in the virtual world.

“I think this isn't going to be our life forever, and I don't want them to be affected in a way that makes them think this is normal,” Kelce, 32, said. The New York Times in an interview published on Thursday, December 19.

Kelce explained that he wanted to start his own podcast, “Not Gonna Lie,” as an opportunity to “set the record straight” about his family.

Because of the husband Jason KelceHer career in the NFL, Kylie and her family were already in the public eye before her friends, Travis Kelcethey started dating Taylor Swift – but the pop star and Kansas City Chiefs player's romance brought their fame to the fore.

Although Kylie and Jason, 37, have been open about their popularity, she has admitted that the couple are not as overlooked as Travis and Swift, both 35.

“It's been crazy [and] and Travis and Taylor have taken it to another level and that's another part of it,” Jason said in the June episode. Andrew Santino's “Whiskey Ginger” podcast. “Like me, Kylie and I think it's bad and go with one of them for a second. This is another situation here [and] I don't even know how to be a normal person at that time.”

Jason joked that Kylie, with whom he shares daughters Wyatt, 5, Bennett, 3, and Elliotte, 21 months, is “undoubtedly” more popular than him. (The duo revealed in November that Kylie is pregnant with their fourth child, a girl.)

“So, we did [Kelce] documentary a couple of years ago and… I think he's upset about how it's gotten and our family is out there, like, people know what our kids look like,” he said. “We tried to withdraw from that a little but, I think he is enjoying the fact that he is going to make provisions to help the community. [and] you get to give back to the community [and] doing clinics with young girls [for] field hockey and all these other things.”

Jason noted that there were parts of their fame that Kylie was “very hesitant” to accept that she “didn't really register” when they tied the knot in 2018.

“I'd say, 'We'll be fine [and] we're passing,'” Jason explained. “It gets overwhelming sometimes and it's hard to find all the time, … but I think, more often than not, it's good whenever you do those things and most people are more than respectful and appreciative.”

Travis, on the other hand, wasn't used to the level of fame surrounding Swift, but he wasn't shy about accepting it.

“Obviously I've never dated someone who has this kind of aura about them … I've never experienced it,” Travis said. The WSJ. Magazine in a November 2023 profile. “But at the same time, I'm not running away from it all. … The scrutiny he gets, how much he has a magnifying glass, every day, paparazzi outside his house, outside every restaurant he goes to, after every plane that lands, and he's just living, enjoying life. If he does, it's better not to be the one doing strange things.”
