Married At First: Michelle Tomblin Melts Over David's Living Situation

Opened Married At First, Michelle Tomblin was all smiles as she said “I do” to her match David. But his attitude changed soon after his confession. Using champagne, he let it slip that he now enjoys smoking and socializing. Michelle doesn't hesitate to tell him that she sees that as bad. He suggests that he won't let it get in the way of the marriage and will try to cut it down to vapes and then stop altogether.

But it's the confession that follows that pushes him over the edge. He admits that he still lives at home with his parents. And this comes after his family called him a “mama's boy”. Michelle Tomblin is visibly shaken after hearing this. David doesn't seem worried. Instead, he admires her blonde hair, blue eyes and good looks. As they dance in the lobby, he tells her that his first impression of her was that she looked like a genie. But apparently none of them make his wishes come true.

Later during the reception on Married At First, Michelle Tomblin seeks refuge with her friends in the women's room. You tell them you have a problem. And it is the person who lives at home with his parents that annoys him. You have fixed yourself. They suggest that he give it time and not pass judgment until he finds out more about the situation. And give him the props of having strong family ties that might explain the situation differently. Michelle Tomblin admits to David that she is devastated. And they shared a hotel room later.
