New Mom 2's Kailyn Lowry Is In Shape After Breast Reduction Surgery
New Mother 2 Kailyn Lowry is in recovery mode after going under the knife.
The reality TV star and mother of seven is taking time off to heal following recent breast reduction surgery.
Lowry, 32, shared a selfie via Instagram Story this month, in which she wore a supportive bra and captioned it, “4 days post op.” She also polled her followers, asking, “Do you want breast reduction videos?” with options of “yes” or “not really.”
The “Barely Famous” podcast host had recently explained to his fans that he was going to undergo surgery, he posted another photo on his Instagram Story lying in bed a few days ago, with the caption, “Out of surgery; more videos to come. “
Lowry has been open about her desire to have her breasts reduced by surgery.
During the May 17 episode of his podcast, Lowry opened up about a conversation he had with his doctor about weight loss and the process.
“I want to get a bobob job, right? I call around. I am doing these interviews to get a job as a bridge,” he explained. “You know what they told me? They told me I needed to lose 40 lbs. So 40 or 50 lbs., like 50, but maybe off 40 lbs., before they even operate on me.”
Lowry explained that the issue was very emotional for him.
“I've been wanting to do this breast reduction, implants, lifting, whatever it is,” she said. “[My doctor] it was like, 'Do you still want to edit this?' I'm crying for real. Currently, the water works have started.”
A few days after the podcast episode aired, Lowry talked about it more on Instagram. He included a clip of him telling the story on his podcast and captioned it when he elaborated on what his doctor told him.
“Actually what they're saying is that my BMI is too high for me to work out 🥲 so when I do the math it comes out that I need to lose between 40-50 lbs 🫠.”
Lowry talked about breast reduction surgery from 2018 on her “Coffee Convos” podcast.
“When my trainer came here the other day, he took all my measurements to do weight loss, I was like, he went and measured my chest and my stuff, checking everything,” he said, adding that “he was much better.” I'm scared and I'm hoping for surgery.”
