Rachael Kirkconnell's Sister Trinity Weighs in on Matt James Break Up

Bachelor the couple were together for four years before James, 33, announced on Instagram this week that they had called it quits – just one day after sharing their passion with Rachael, 28, on a trip to London.
The moment has fans scratching their heads – including a TikTok sleuth Gabby Whitewho shared a video on social media on Friday, January 17, discussing speculation as to why the breakup played out the way it did.
“The last thing I'm going to say, what I'm really confused about is that I know that London's content was probably sponsored,” he said in the video. “Maybe he's contractually obligated to post it but the time between posting a happy-go-lucky, being in the most loving comments and liking, publicly together until 12 hours after he sends this breakup post with ridiculous words, that's so weird. part of me.”

The video prompted one fan to respond in the comments section, “Old content from London makes sense if it was sponsored, but it feels like he could have edited her out or she didn't like/reply to the comments about her in the post.”
Coming in with new information, Trinity responded to the comments to clarify the timing of the end of her sister's relationship with James.
“Yes they were still together when he posted all that … to give some perspective on the timeline of things,” Trinity wrote.
Tracking TikTok posts from White revealed that Trinity claims James uploaded her breakup post three hours after the couple broke up.

James announced his split from Rachael early Thursday, January 16 via Instagram.
“Father God, give me and Rachael the strength to mend our broken hearts. Give us peace with this decision to end our relationship that passes the world's understanding,” James wrote alongside a photo of himself and Rachael on The Bachelor season 25.
Tagging Rachael in the post, James added, “Show us our friends and family with kindness and love to comfort us. And remind us that our happiness comes from you, Lord 💔.”

James chose Rachael as his Bachelor finalist during season 25, which aired in early 2021. However, on the After the Final Rose special in March of that year, James said they had split after Rachael's racist social media activity resurfaced. The couple got back together a month later.
After the post, some Bachelor fans questioned whether Rachael was “blindsided” by the breakup.
The source said Us Weekly on Friday, January 17 that Rachael did not turn a blind eye to the separation itself but rather James' statement and post.
