Sister Wives: Kody Brown's Ex-Wives Deal With Lawyers

Sister Wives Kody Brown's grandfather did one big thing by buying two wives to try to get back the money he allegedly owed them. He and Robyn Brown are the new owners of the $2.1 million estate, as confirmed in documents filed with the Coconino County Records Department (below).

Christine Brown recently filed a child support lawsuit against Kody Brown. He also asked the court for reimbursement. This week on Sister Wives episode, Janelle Brown is confused as she tries to return the money that Kody allegedly owes her.

He told Christine that he was thinking of hiring a lawyer. In a new interview, Janelle said she is still trying to get her money from Kody to get the Coyote Pass property. So, it doesn't sound like you've made much progress.

Right now it looks like Meri Brown is the only ex-wife who doesn't want money from Kody, or at least not publicly like the other two ex-wives.

Kody and Robyn Brown: Nothing New…

Kody and Robyn are the sole owners of this new property. But this is not a new thing Sister Wives children. For some reason, Robyn's name appeared on most of all the properties Kody owns with his wives.

The deed list below for properties in Coyote Pass has Robyn Brown's name circled in red. So, Kody hung the nest of his last wife and youngest child for years.

A document from Coyote Pass shows how Kody established ownership of the above property. So, it seems that the father of 18 and husband of four at the time, made sure that his wife of one was well taken care of. This was long before Christine Brown packed up her things and moved them into the garage.

So even before there was any sign of a wife jumping ship, Robyn had plenty of financial security under her belt thanks to Kody. But now some of his wives are seeking the help of lawyers to get what they believe is theirs.

Sister Wives Robyn Brown appeared on camera, denying that she was Kody's favorite. She cried again when she heard that the other wives were leaving. But for fans of the show, this latest purchase suggests that Robyn didn't find moving on as hard as she said.

They made the purchase for $2.1 million this month, while at the same time, Christine and Janelle are trying to get the Sister Wives grandfather to open his wallet and take out what he says he owes them.

Now the last couple standing is tied to a new mortgage of about $12,000 a month, excluding taxes and insurance. But no one will soon forget what Robyn Brown did when she described how her dream was crushed.

His dream shows him sitting with his three sisters on their elderly balcony. Fans believe that this luxurious new place may ease the pain of losing his dream.

Robyn Creating a Smoke Screen?
