When Luna asks him why he wants to hear it, he slyly replies that he knows why. But the fans don't, they don't know why Bill is correcting Luna's dirty murderous deeds.

Bold and Beautiful fans do not see where Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) is going with his strange list of questions. Every chance he gets, he seems to be regaling Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) with details about his murderous deeds.
He asked her several times to explain her murder. Then he did it again this week and so on Bright and Beautiful. This soap usually won't waste the small amount of time allotted to characters divulging useless information. So, fans think this is a hint of things to come… but what?
B&B: Luna and Bill Talk in Secret Phrases.
Spencer's patriarch and an unemployed student share some secrets Bold and Beautiful. Starting with what Luna says when she talks about Bill Spencer's parents. Especially, his mother. He seems to have some knowledge about Bill's bad upbringing that fans didn't know before.
Also, when Bill asks Luna about the details of the murder she committed, she wants to know why she needs to hear it again. Bill cuts him off and tells him he knows why. But viewers don't know what he means by that.
Bill Spencer will not stop being fascinated by Luna Nozawa's horrible actions. The last time she told him this story again, Luna said it felt like she had an out-of-body experience. Each time he finished his detailed account, Bill pretended to pass the test.
Bold and the Beautiful: Something Festers with Bill Spencer
Bill Spencer and Luna Nozawa's behavior is strange as they go back and forth in a strange conversation. It's almost like Bold and Beautiful the press officer is testing him, but why?
A new fan theory has suggested that he sounds like he's committing a crime to clear him of these charges. But it is too late, he is still serving his sentence.
Each time Luna repeats the details of her murder, she shows remorse, and continues to say that she can't believe she did what she did. This pleases Bill, for now.
Bill Spencer also seems to be sending mixed messages to Luna Nozawa. He is her guest but in a few scenes this week, it sounds like he hates having her there.
Also, the two are seen talking in cryptic sentences about Luna's murder and Bill's childhood. So Bold and Beautiful fans are confused but think that Bill Spencer has a vision of the future, (his promise of a normal life) brewing Luna Nozawa in this CBS soap.
