The Secret Circle Cast: Where Are They Now?
The Secret Circle finished, but the stars of the show included Britt Robertson, Thomas Dekker again Phoebe Tonkin stay on our screens.
The CW first found success in 2009 when it adapted LJ Smith's The Vampire Diaries series of books. Two years later, the network expanded with Smith's The Secret Circle. Set in the fictional town of Chance Harbor, Washington, the series focuses on Cassie Blake who – after moving to the town following her mother's murder – discovers that she is a born witch and becomes the sixth member of a secret coven.
Despite being the CW's third-highest performer, The Secret Circle it was canceled after one season. Fans have tried to bring the show back with different campaigns but The Secret Circle it has not been returned – yet.
Creator Andrew Miller joked about where he would take the story if given the chance.
“A movie, a play, a crystal commercial, you name it,” Miller said Book Trib in 2012. “[Production company] A mixture [Entertainment] he asked me if I was interested in trying a low budget kind of show that could be made on Netflix and I pitched them an idea that I really liked and could do in a second. “
He continued: “It follows [Shelley Hennig]Diana after the fate goes to California, where she was alone and confused and struggling between her beautiful nature and the dark magic that she had just achieved to kill her father. My dream was to stop his life in California, then import [Phoebe Tonkin]Faye is wasting it.”
