Zach Bryan Stops Show After Performance Throws Object On Stage
Zach Bryan issued a stern warning to concertgoers on Saturday, November 23, after a fan threw an object on stage.
Bryan, 28, stopped his The Quittin' Time Tour stopped at the Tacoma Dome in Washington to address the crowd after an unidentified object hit his guitar in the leg.
“Who threw this?” asked the lifeguard when he picked up this item, according to a photo posted on social media. “Who was it? Does anyone know?”
Failing to identify the offending player, Bryan then issued a stark warning: “Don't throw s— at concerts, huh?”
“And if you guys know who threw it, we can get them out of here,” said the “Pink Skies” singer before returning to the scheduled show. “If we ever find out who did it.”
Bryan has been in the news lately following his breakup with the internet personality Brianna “Chickenfry” LaPaglia late last month.
After the singer announced via Instagram that she had split from LaPaglia, 25, after a year of dating, LaPaglia said she was “blindsided” by his public announcement of their split. He went on to accuse the singer of emotional abuse while they were dating. (Us Weekly contacted Bryan's representatives for comment multiple times but did not hear back.)
“It's not just for me, it's for someone else who's been emotionally abused, it's for anyone right now who's been emotionally abused,” LaPaglia said on the “BFFs” podcast he hosts. “The last year of my life has been the most difficult year of my life, I am facing abuse from this boy,” she said. “I'm still scared, my mind has been rewired. I'm afraid to mix him up. Last week I didn't want to talk about it because I was scared.”
LaPaglia said Bryan and his team offered her $12 million to sign a non-disclosure agreement barring her from talking about their relationship. He said he refused.
“I still f— your money. He made women before me believe that they had no other choice,” she said. “And taking money from you, sign those who've been through it, sign those who've been through it, you're going to get over it and sing your f-ing little songs on stage like you're a good person.”
“I don't want to be in two years buying an af-ing house and thinking 'Oh, this is money from the guy who destroyed me and broke me for a year,'” he added. “F — that, f — you, I don't want your money.”
